CHICAGO SOUTHSIDE BLUES COALITION
We are a nonprofit Organization helping to keep the Legendary Chicago Blues Genre alive and kicking in Chicago, Illinois and nationwide. We focus and support local Blues talent from Chicago through grade and high school education, family community events, art events and theater programs focusing on the Blues genre. Chicago has a rich history of the Blues, the world knows this but many of our original Blues pioneers have gone on to Blues Heaven and therefore left a gap to be filled by new and upcoming younger artist. Please help us keep the Blues alive by donating to our cause which helps bring young people into the knowledge and wonder of this great music.
Our Motivation
Our work is our purpose, our driving force. It's the reason we get up every day and do what we do. Most importantly, it keeps pushing us to achieve bigger and better things with each new challenge. Chicago Blues History is legendary and its music is soothing to the Soul. Everyone loves the Blues and if you do not understand it, we'll help you get your soul together by listening to its soulful rich vocals and deep reaching cords.
